Operational and Control Management
- Upgrade accounting systems and processes including process for conversion of data and design of management reports

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Document and implement all accounting processes and procedures that directly support internal controls and the overall control environment
- Provide support related to various capital initiatives and fundraising activities
Treasury Management
- Manage overall cash flow needs, working capital and forecast burn rate
- Prepare cash flows statements
- Manage and evaluate the service and relationship with current banking institutions and provide recommendations as needed
General Accounting Services
- Provide and support all accounting functions including invoicing, bill payment, financing for more competitive rates, reconcile checking, process vendor and payroll checks.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as maintain vendor relations, and manage banking relations
- Pay monthly withholding taxes for state and federal withholding
- Prepare quarterly state and federal payroll tax forms
- Prepare annual payroll tax returns, W-2’s and 1099’s
